Returning Faulty & Unwanted Goods

At Sirenic Silver we endeavour to make shopping with us as pleasurable and easy as possible. However, we know you may occasionally need to return items.

Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of these items within 7 working days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, unwanted body jewellery cannot be returned once it has been opened and worn unless faulty or damaged when delivered.

To cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched by us, please login to our site using your Username and Password and choose View your Orders, then click the Cancel button next to the order you wish to cancel.

To return an unwanted order and cancel your contract, please package the relevant item securely, in its original condition, and send it to us, with a note giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation", so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Once we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item as soon as possible.

To return a faulty or damaged item, please package it securely, in its original condition, and send it to us, with a note outlining the problem.

Returns should be sent to:

11A Royal Buildings
Stanwell Road
Penarth

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item at your cost.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. For more information on your right to withdraw from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, visit the Department of Trade and Industry's website at: http://www.dti.gov.uk/ccp/topics1/guide/homeshop.htm#cooling
