Shopping Securely

Your browser will go to our secure server as soon as you click to go to the Sirenic Silver Checkout or to Login - so before you enter any personal or payment details. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock icon, or an image of a key in the grey bar at the bottom of your browser screen.

Being in 'secure mode' means that all of your details are encrypted to help keep them secure, so your card/personal details cannot be viewed by anyone else using the Internet. If you are using one of the more recent browser versions, our site supports 128 bit encryption, therefore keeping your details as safe as possible at all times.

We recommend that you always close down your Internet browser when you have finished online, especially if you use a shared PC. This will delete temporary Internet cookies from any sites that you may have visited.

Payments

All payments for any items of jewellery selected, are required to be made in advance of dispatch.

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, and Solo as payment for orders.

If you are paying for your order using a credit or debit card you will be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process, and you will find further instructions when you process your first order.

We only accept credit or debit card orders that are placed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This technology prevents you from inadvertently revealing personal information using an un-secure connection. During payment, we also ask for your card billing address, as an additional security check.

No credit or debit card details are stored once your order has been processed. This is why you can save your favourite delivery address, but you need to enter your card details each time you order.

Cheques

If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, select the "Pay by Cheque" option on the order form and send us a personal cheque or postal order in pounds sterling for the total amount of your order (including delivery charge).

Currently we're only able to accept postal orders denominated in pounds sterling or cheques denominated in pounds sterling and drawn from a UK bank.

Paying by cheque slows down your order as we don't order your items until we receive your cheque, and we don't send the items to you until your funds clear.

If you're in the UK, paying by personal cheque typically delays your order by about 10 days.

Remember to write your e-mail address clearly on the back of your cheque to help us to process your order more efficiently.

Your order will be processed once we've received and cleared your cheque, and will remain open for a limited time.

Note: if we do not receive payment within 45 days your order will be cancelled.
